The terms that govern your use of Learning, Parenting, and Teaching for Wholeness™.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Learning for Wholeness™, Parenting for Wholeness™, Teaching for Wholeness™, and the Wholeness Education website (together, the "Service"), provided by Wholeness Education Inc. ("Wholeness Education," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Wholeness Education provides a humanistic education platform built on the Wholeness Operating System, offered through three pathways: Learning for Wholeness™ for youth, Parenting for Wholeness™ for parents, and Teaching for Wholeness™ for educators. Each pathway moves through sequential levels, with progress tracked through the Wholeness Dashboard.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your account credentials. Parenting for Wholeness™ accounts are created directly by the parent or caregiver enrolling in the program. Learning for Wholeness™ and Teaching for Wholeness™ accounts are provisioned through a school or district, and your access depends on your continued affiliation with that institution.
Where a school or district provides access to Learning for Wholeness™ or Teaching for Wholeness™, the institution is responsible for determining who receives an account and for obtaining any consent required under applicable law. Individual students, parents, and teachers with questions about an institutional account should contact their school or district administrator in the first instance, and may also reach us directly at the email address below.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of personal, parental, or professional growth through the Wholeness pathways. You agree not to:
The Wholeness Operating System, the Learning for Wholeness™, Parenting for Wholeness™, and Teaching for Wholeness™ pathways, and all associated content, trademarks, and materials are the property of Wholeness Education Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access pathway content for your own growth, and does not transfer ownership of any underlying material.
Certain pathways and programs require payment of enrollment or program fees, which will be presented to you before you complete enrollment. Fees are described on the relevant pathway page or communicated directly by your school or district where access is provided institutionally. Refund and withdrawal terms, where applicable, are described at the point of enrollment.
The Service is provided to support growth across the Wholeness Operating System's twelve intelligences, and outcomes depend on individual engagement and circumstances. The Service is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee any specific result from participation in a pathway.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholeness Education Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, or where an institutional relationship with a school or district providing your account ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the revised Terms here with a new effective date, and continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
